A focused coaching journey built around six foundational principles that shaped human life for thousands of years: diet, movement, nature, community, purpose, and awe.

In the three-sessions, I'll work with you and go into the core framework of The Ancient Blueprint  (you'll receive a copy of the book to work through). Then we'll talk about how to apply it to your life.

The goal is not, but finding alignment. Most modern struggles such as low energy, anxiety, poor sleep, lack of direction, and persistent stress are not random. They are signals of mismatch between how we live and how we are built.

  • Identify the low hanging fruit
  • Discuss the six principles in your life
  • Build a practical daily and weekly routine grounded in biology and behavioral science

This is not therapy and not a productivity hack. It is a return to first principles. By rebuilding the foundations, everything else becomes easier to stabilize.
