Megabats

The microbats are found all over the world, on every continent (except Antarctica). However, these large bats, the megabats, live only in the tropics of Asia, Africa and Oceania

Megabats are those bats in the suborder Megachiroptera. The main subfamilies are:

• Subfamily Pteropodinae
• Subfamily Macroglossinae
